Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location close to Olympia and offered clean and comfortable rooms. The friendly staff were accommodating, although the dining options were limited. The hotel provided easy access to transportation links and nearby attractions, making it a practical choice for travelers.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit small and cramped for my liking, but cleanliness was on point. The basement location made me slightly uneasy due to poor lighting and lack of window locks. Service was excellent with engaging staff, though the dining experience left something to be desired. The location was convenient for my conference, but the noise from the wall duct was a downside.
I was pleasantly surprised by the great value this hotel offered, considering the high prices usually seen in West London's Holland Park area. The comfortable and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, made my stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited breakfast options. The location, close to Olympia and surrounded by good bars and restaurants, was a definite highlight.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, close to Olympia station and the Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre, but the noise from the kitchen staff early in the morning was bothersome. The rooms were small, dirty, and uncomfortable, making the experience more like a nightmare. The service was friendly, especially on departure day, but the dining options were lacking, consisting of only basic items like old toast and cheese.
The hotel had very clean and tidy rooms, ideally located with a nearby pub for evening meals. Although there was some cigarette smoke in the morning despite no-smoking signs, the one-night stay was comfortable and quiet for a good night's sleep.
